Key Qualities We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and achieving Sales Targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Experience in industries such as F&B, Grocery (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with POS, ERP, 3PLS, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with product and customer service teams to drive success and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance.
