We’re looking for a proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Valencia! If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a tech-driven environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via video calls, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers efficiently and professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to recommend process improvements.
- Constantly look for ways to optimize service quality and contribute to a positive customer journey.
What We are Looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or roles involving direct public interaction.
- Prior experience in the food-tech delivery industry is a MUST.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (a plus).
- Prior experience with SaaS platforms (a plus).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (a plus).
- A positive, empathetic attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable conducting video and phone calls.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of technology; basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and suggest actionable improvements.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
