Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales in KSA to drive and manage our SMB/Midmarket sales team in the GCC. This is a quota-carrying management role where you will be responsible for both direct sales and leading a high-performing team.

You will oversee a team of six Sales Managers (four based in Riyadh, two in Dubai), ensuring strong execution of our go-to-market strategy while driving revenue growth in the region. This role is instrumental in shaping the SMB/Midmarket sales function, focusing on prospects with fewer than 100 brand locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Directly manage and support the GCC sales team (Riyadh & Dubai).
  • Lead by example by actively closing deals alongside your team.
  • Drive team performance and ensure consistent pipeline growth & deal execution.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Forecasting

  • Co-define and execute the GCC go-to-market strategy for the SMB/Midmarket sector.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each sales manager to review pipelines, forecast deals, and define strategy & tasks.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Report to the SVP Global Head of Sales on forecasts, performance, and key challenges.
  • Manage relationships with key strategic partners and resellers in coordination with the VP Partnerships/SVP Global Head of Sales

Coaching & Day-to-Day Team Management

  • Provide hands-on support to the team, assisting in deal negotiations & overcoming obstacles.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the Dubai & Riyadh teams.
  • Support sales enablement by driving partner & reseller engagement and resolving production challenges.

The Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar senior sales leadership role.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market data and trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent English and Arabic Communication skills.
