Job Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Content Specialist / Arabic & English Speaker to deliver accurate, engaging, and user-friendly content across our platforms, with a strong emphasis on Arabic-language content management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure restaurant menus and related content are up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with brand and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of creating and updating restaurant menus including items, modifiers, pricing, inventory, photos, and special offers—ensuring all content is optimized for the best customer experience.
  • Manage content tickets and workflows through platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Follow standardized processes to guarantee timely and accurate implementation of content updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to gather necessary when required.
  • Report progress, daily activities, and any issues to the Operations Manager regularly.
  • Ensure content is consistently organized and maintained in a user-friendly, high-quality format across platforms (web and mobile).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in POS content creation, the F&B industry, or eCommerce is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and platforms like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Open to working in rotational shifts, as needed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing content.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of content creation best practices and platform usability.
