Role Overview:
At Grubtech, we are transforming the cloud kitchen and delivery-centric restaurant industry with our innovative SaaS platform. We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team, focusing on the Spain region. The ideal candidate will have native Spanish language skills, good English proficiency, and a passion for building relationships with potential customers. This role is critical in identifying and qualifying opportunities, setting the foundation for successful sales cycles, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target industries and companies.
- Use outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to initiate contact and build relationships with prospects.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns based on predefined criteria.
Appointment Setting:

- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions from discovery to sales.
Discovery and Qualification:

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Use qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP) to evaluate the potential fit for our solutions.
Collaboration and Learning:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on strategies and share insights.
- Continuously learn about Grubtech’s product, market, and sales techniques to improve performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Language Skills:

- Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English for internal communication and occasional customer interactions.
Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (SDR, BDR, or telemarketing experience preferred).
- Familiarity with the sales process and lead qualification frameworks is a plus.
Technical Skills:

- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the Spain market and cultural nuances.
- Understanding of sales methodologies like SPIN Selling or MEDDIC.
