Job Overview
Grubtech is looking for a resourceful and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to join our Operations team! In this role, you will be the go-to person for hardware deployments, software installations, and technical troubleshooting at customer locations. You’ll also play a key part in identifying and escalating product feedback and technical improvements to relevant internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve the customers’ technical queries.
- Consolidate all features from the customer and suggest to the Product team.
- Prepare the hardware needed for deployments by activating and setting-up the devices and installing the software required.
- Test New updates before releasing.
- Report work and issues to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.
- Resolve all technical and network issues for the customer in location.
- Deploy the hardware at the customers’ location.
- Ensure all the information entered into the system is complete and accurate ahead of clients’ deployments
- Escalate critical bugs and issues to the Engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years of experience in POS systems, preferably in the food or eCommerce sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational practices.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed.
