We’re on the lookout for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining dynamic, responsive, and high-performing websites—primarily using Webflow. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to bring design concepts to life, support marketing campaigns, optimize for SEO and conversions, and ensure our web presence is seamless, secure, and data-informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Webflow websites, translating designs from tools like Figma or Photoshop.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and other teams to support business goals.
- Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and conversion rates.
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
- Set up and monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Implement tracking codes, pixels, and marketing tool integrations.
- Build custom landing pages for campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, ADA).
- Perform routine updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in web development, with strong Webflow skills.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with analytics, SEO, and marketing integrations.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of website compliance and performance best practices.
