Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research target industries and decision-makers.
- Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound leads based on strategic criteria.
📅 Appointment Setting
- Arrange demos and meetings for sales executives.
- Seamlessly hand off qualified prospects to Account Executives.
💡 Discovery & Qualification
- Understand prospects’ challenges and goals.
- Use frameworks like BANT or CHAMP to evaluate fit.
🤝 Team Collaboration
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer success to align outreach.
- Continuously learn our product, market, and sales strategies to sharpen performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Language
- Native Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proficient English for internal and customer engagement
Experience
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or similar roles (SDR, BDR, telemarketing).
- Familiarity with lead-qualification frameworks a plus.
Tools & Tech
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Navigator, email outreach platforms, and Google Workspace or MS Office
Preferred Extras
- Background in SaaS, tech, or software
- Knowledge of the KSA market and its cultural nuances
- Experience with methodologies like SPIN or MEDDIC
