Job Overview:

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key role in welcoming new clients and setting them up for success with Grubtech. You’ll guide them through the onboarding journey, ensure they understand how to get the most from our products, and act as their trusted partner as they integrate our solutions into their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and keeping them engaged throughout onboarding.
  • Advocate for customers by gathering feedback and sharing it with internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve early challenges to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Monitor account progress and provide tailored guidance on next steps.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and troubleshooting support via scheduled calls or video meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, or client-facing roles in SaaS or software companies.
    Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Based in Cairo, Egypt
