Role overview:
We are seeking a CRM Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to own, optimize, and scale our CRM ecosystem. This role is
pivotal in enabling our commercial teams (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance) to operate with precision, clarity,
and efficiency. You will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and be the go-to authority for HubSpot strategy,
administration, and innovation within the company.
Skill Set and Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Ownership: Serve as the in-house HubSpot expert, managing system configuration, workflows, automation,reporting, and integrations.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across leads, accounts, contacts, deals,and pipelines.
- Process Optimization: Design and roll out CRM processes that improve sales productivity, pipeline visibility, and customer engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align CRM workflows with business needs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards (HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau) that deliver actionable insights for leadership and teams.
- Training & Enablement: Develop training materials and run enablement sessions to upskill teams on HubSpot best practices.
- Integration Management: Oversee API-based and native integrations between HubSpot and other systems (ERP, billing, support, etc.).
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of HubSpot updates, SaaS CRM trends, and emerging RevOps best practices to keep Grubtech at the forefront.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must-have: HubSpot Certified with 5+ years of CRM management experience (at least 3 years in a SaaS B2B environment).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing HubSpot processes, automation, dashboards, workflows and integrations.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, metabase) preferred.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
