Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, creator, and builder — someone who can establish and scale Grubtech’s marketing engine across multiple regions and customer segments. This role is central to building brand equity in key markets (Portugal, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC), driving thought leadership, creating engaging content, and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse buyer personas.

The ideal candidate is not just a traditional marketer, but a next-generation operator who embraces AI as a creative and operational multiplier. They will be expected to leverage GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion) to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and brand consistency.

You will report directly to the CEO and operate with a high degree of autonomy. This role requires
entrepreneurial spirit, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build a marketing department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Leadership
• Own and evolve Grubtech’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing
touchpoints.
• Craft compelling narratives tailored to multiple buyer personas and regional nuances.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate content production (blogs, social posts, ad copy, scripts, images).

Social Media & Community Building
• Lead organic and paid social strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and region-specific
platforms.
• Use AI-driven insights to optimize posting schedules and engagement tactics.
• Build and nurture communities to deepen engagement with customers, prospects, and partners.

Events & Thought Leadership
• Plan and execute events — from major conferences to intimate customer workshops.
• Incorporate AI-powered workflows (automated invites, content recaps, real-time event coverage).


Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
• Design and optimize inbound campaigns across digital platforms.
• Define ICPs and buyer personas to align campaigns with their pain points and aspirations.
• Employ AI tools for rapid A/B testing, creative iteration, and performance optimization.

Partnership Marketing
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (aggregators, POS providers, delivery platforms) on joint
campaigns.
• Ensure co-marketing activities are data-driven, AI-assisted, and aligned to growth goals.

Team & Vendor Management
• Manage and mentor a small internal team (web designer, graphic designer, performance marketing
specialists).
• Identify and manage external agencies or freelancers who can integrate AI tools into their workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Haves
• 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in B2B SaaS (F&B, retail, or hospitality tech
preferred).
• Proven expertise in content creation, social media, and brand building across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion).
• Track record of developing ICPs, buyer personas, and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, operates autonomously, and builds from scratch.

Nice-to-Haves
• Experience managing remote teams and agencies.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Power BI, or other marketing automation/analytics tools.
• Multilingual capability (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic).
