We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by optimizing processes, managing sales tools and data, assisting in campaign execution, and ensuring alignment between cross-functional departments. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, adaptable, and excited about driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Enablement
- Assist with the management and optimization of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Support the sales team with reporting, data entry, and pipeline management.
- Help track sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Coordinate onboarding materials and tools for new sales hires.
Marketing Operations
- Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and ensure timely hand-off to sales.
- Support email campaigns, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting on ROI.
- Maintain accurate lead and contact data between systems.
Process & Tools Optimization
- Help identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and tools.
- Maintain documentation for processes, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in researching and implementing new sales/marketing technologies.
Data & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.
- Monitor data hygiene and assist in clean-up initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and basic analysis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Support, Marketing Coordinator, or related role
(internship experience acceptable).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Basic understanding of sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and customer journey.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Pardot).
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes or SaaS environments.
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
• Previous experience working with cross-functional teams.
