Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven Associate – People & Culture to support Grubtech’s hiring efforts and help build exceptional teams across our Cairo office. This role is heavily focused on recruitment, from sourcing and screening talent to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Alongside recruitment, you’ll support day-to-day People Operations activities, helping maintain a strong internal employee experience and supporting core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support their hiring needs.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities and assist with basic HR documentation and employee record maintenance.
- Contribute to internal engagement initiatives and People & Culture team projects.
- Help improve and streamline HR workflows where needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (experience in tech is a plus).
- Strong English and Arabic communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS or HR systems.
- A positive, people-first attitude and eagerness to grow.
