Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a pure sales, individual contributor role - ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, high activity, and closing deals.

You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, running demos, and signing new accounts in the SMB and mid-market segments. You’ll need to be proactive, tenacious, and laser-focused on driving pipeline and revenue.

This role is on-site at our vibrant head-office in Dubai surrounded by a small but fast-growing team, playing a key part in expanding our footprint across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and signing.
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-ups on inbound leads.
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact product demos that show clear business value.
  • Maintain a fast-paced sales rhythm with high daily activity and deal volume.
  • Keep deals and activity updated in HubSpot CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Stay sharp on product, process, and competitor updates to keep your edge.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine our go-to-market motion.
  • Push hard, stay consistent, and always keep momentum moving forward.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of direct SaaS sales experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment. (ideally selling into SMB or mid-market).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills – you're not afraid to pick up the phone, send that follow-up or chase deals.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and working with sales metrics.
  • Grit, resilience, and a performance mindset.
