Job Summary
The Operations Intern will support the Operations team in managing daily operational activities related to restaurant partners, internal teams, and system processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations within a fast-paced SaaS and food-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to restaurant onboarding and system setup
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams (Onboarding, Support, Tech) to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Help monitor order flow and system performance across restaurant partners
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with issue tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in data entry, audits, and operational quality checks
- Support special projects and ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Interest in SaaS, food-tech, or restaurant operations
- Basic understanding of operations processes or workflows
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus
