Role overview
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports brand identity, marketing initiatives, and business objectives. This role involves developing creative concepts, executing design projects across multiple channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for digital and print materials (social media, presentations, campaigns, branding materials, and marketing collateral)
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms
- Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Lead design projects from concept to final execution
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and internal teams on creative requirements
- Review and improve existing designs to enhance visual impact
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in design
- Support internal teams with visual content needs when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for digital platforms and social media
- Proven experience creating visuals for content calendars across multiple platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or F&B industry
- Motion graphics or video editing skills
- UI/UX design knowledge
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
