About the Role
Grubtech is looking for an Automation Specialist to drive efficiency and scalability across our core operational functions, including Onboarding, Customer Success, Activations, Technical Support, Content, and Pre-Sales.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying manual processes, designing automation workflows, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors across teams supporting 1000+ customers across the GCC and Iberia.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve system integrations, and enable a seamless operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Design & Implementation
- Identify manual, repetitive, and time-consuming tasks across operations
- Design and implement automation workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure scalability and reliability of automation solutions across teams
Process Optimization
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements through automation
- Reduce operational bottlenecks, manual errors, and turnaround times
- Continuously refine and optimize automation processes based on performance
- Support rollout of new tools, systems, and workflows with an automation-first mindset
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with all teams to understand automation needs
Requirements
Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or systems operations
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech-enabled services, marketplaces, or F&B tech is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar)
