Role Overview
The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining
accurate customer content across the Grubtech platform. This includes menus, pricing,
images, and configurations to ensure a seamless ordering experience across all integrated
delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain restaurant menus and content on the Grubtech platform
• Ensure accuracy of:
o Menu items, descriptions, modifiers, and prices
o Availability, taxes, and configurations
• Manage content updates for:
o New customer onboarding
o Menu changes and promotions
o Seasonal or regional updates
• Validate content across multiple delivery platforms to ensure consistency
• Work closely with Onboarding, Activations, Technical Support, and Customer
Success teams to align content with customer needs
• Follow defined content quality standards and SLAs
• Identify and report content issues that may impact order flow or customer
experience
• Maintain internal documentation and content guidelines
• Support high-volume content updates during launches and peak periods
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in content operations, data entry, or platform support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage high volumes of content without compromising quality
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CMS tools, or admin dashboards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written communication skills
