As a Product Manager, you will lead a product's lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, defining its strategy, roadmap, and features. Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and design, conducting market research, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the product aligns with business goals and solves user problems.
Core Responsibilities - Facilitate product definition and design, including prototyping and UI/UX, by gathering product requirements for Housecall’s services, including insurance billing, patient invoicing, revenue cycle management, and patient data capture
- Define and execute a product vision and roadmap that balances clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and business impact—ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable health outcomes
- Understand and empathize with patients, clinicians, billing, and support staff; feel their pain; and help them resolve their pain points via interviews and other sources.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators related to patient engagement, clinical workflows, revenue cycle efficiency, and business outcomes
- Use research, data, and experimentation to understand user behaviors, identify improvement opportunities, and validate product hypotheses
- Reason about problems facing patients and providers from first principles through direct experience, deep research, and observation, and come up with original approaches to patient experience, technology, compliance, regulation, communication, and more
- Pull context across design, engineering, data science, operations, billing, and clinical teams in service of feature development.
- Maintain a solid understanding of Housecall technology, the market, and the competitive landscape. Create launch plans and deliverables to support our commercial efforts
- Drive effective communication across the company
Requirements - 3+ years of experience building and shipping products or services, preferably from scratch
- Demonstrated track record of defining product strategy, managing backlogs, and delivering features that solve real user problems and drive business results
