Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, provide evidence-based individual and group counseling, and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves participating in case discussions, offering clinical supervision where appropriate, and contributing to the development of mental health programs that align with Housecall’s mission of accessible, high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice.
  • Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Mental Health conditions across diverse populations, using evidence-based interventions.
  • Experience in Clinical Supervision, supporting and guiding other mental health professionals or trainees.
  • Advanced degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid professional licensure or eligibility - DHA/DOH/MOH
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a patient-centered and culturally sensitive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast-evolving, innovative healthcare environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic compulsory
  • Experience in digital or mobile healthcare settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems is beneficial.
