Hub71 is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and success of our digital platforms. As a senior member of the team, you will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, bridging the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical execution. 

In this role, you will lead key product initiatives and take full ownership of the digital solutions built or adopted by the team, ensuring they deliver measurable value. A major focus will be leading the design, development, and launch of a new community portal, a strategic initiative to connect, engage, and grow our ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining its roadmap, managing its development, and ensuring it fosters engagement, knowledge sharing, and product adoption. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the community portal and other key digital products. 

  • Own the community portal project lifecycle, from concept and design through development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimisation. 

  • Author clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for the engineering team for all digital platform initiatives. 

  • Lead user research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform the product roadmap and feature prioritisation for all managed products. 

  • Introduce AI-driven features into the portal (e.g., content recommendations, smart search, automated community insights, and recommended connections) to enhance personalisation and engagement. 

  • Manage external vendors, development agencies, and internal stakeholders (including Engineering, Design, and Marketing) to deliver the portal on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. 

  • Track and analyse product performance, user behaviour metrics, and portal engagement to measure impact, identify opportunities, and report insights to leadership. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Community, Growth, and Value Creation teams to ensure alignment and successful product adoption. 

  • Serve as the primary product expert for the community portal and other assigned digital platforms, representing them internally and externally at events, customer engagements, and industry forums as needed. 

  • Drive key departmental product initiatives, including other digital platform projects, ensuring they deliver value to both internal stakeholders and external audiences. 

Success Metrics 

Timely delivery of the community portal will be a primary indicator of success. Additional key metrics include the achievement of targeted user adoption and engagement rates across all managed digital platforms and a clear, quantifiable impact on customer and partner success. 

Qualifications & Skills 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. 

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably building digital platforms, community tools, or B2B/B2C SaaS products. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration. 

  • Proven ability to translate user needs and business goals into technical product requirements, user stories, and specifications. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Strong product management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors. 

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) to inform product decisions. 

Preferred: 

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field. 

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or innovation-driven industries. 

  • Previous experience launching or managing a community portal or online platform.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. 

  • Experience with AI-driven product features, personalisation, or data analysis. 

  • Experience partnering with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and digital campaigns. 

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools. 

  • Leadership experience, mentoring or managing teams.
