As a Senior Graphic Designer at iSchool, you will be responsible for leading the design and creative direction of our visual assets, including e-learning courses, promotional materials, and branding initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and creative direction of visual assets, including e-learning courses, promotional materials, and branding initiatives
- Create visually appealing and innovative designs that align with the company's brand identity and engage our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into design concepts and strategies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, and promote a collaborative and creative work environment
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of design elements across different platforms and media
- Review and provide feedback on designs to maintain high design standards and ensure brand consistency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator is must, InDesign)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and ideas
- Experience in e-learning or educational design is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
