iSchool is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Quality Assurance specialist to join our team. As a Sales Quality Assurance specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our sales processes and customer interactions. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales calls, providing feedback and coaching to sales representatives, and identifying areas for improvement in our sales techniques and strategies. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing our sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls for quality assurance and compliance
- Assess sales representatives' adherence to scripts, guidelines, and best practices
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance sales techniques and customer interactions
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies
- Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics to track performance and identify trends
- Collaborate with the sales training team to update training materials and provide input on sales effectiveness
- Generate reports on quality assessment findings and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales quality assurance or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide feedback and coaching
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze and evaluate sales calls effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and other quality assurance tools
- Knowledge of the e-learning industry and sales best practices is a plus
