iSchool is a fully online coding platform that teaches programming and artificial intelligence to students from 6 to 18 years old. We are currently seeking a CRM and Automation Specialist to join our team. As a CRM and Automation Specialist at iSchool, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system and implementing automation strategies to enhance our customer experience.
CRM Management:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system (Fresh sales ., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM
- Develop and implement strategies to improve CRM adoption and usage across the organization
Automation Strategy:
- Create automated campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and engage existing customers
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automated campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Customer Segmentation:
- Develop personalized communication plans based on customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, etc.)
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Integration and Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM and automation tools
- Integrate CRM with other business systems and data sources
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and KPIs
- Provide regular updates to management on CRM and automation performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation platforms like (Fresh sales, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Experience with email marketing and segmentation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality and best practices in data management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience with customer segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus
