iSchool is currently hiring for the position of Call Center English Account. As a Call Center English Account representative at iSchool, you will serve as the first point of contact for our English-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to English-speaking customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support regarding our online coding platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets and KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle high volume calls while maintaining professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required, further education is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
