iSchool is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Advisor to join our team. As a Call Center Advisor at iSchool, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to students, parents, and teachers. Our mission is to provide top-quality online coding and technology education to students aged 6 to 18, and as a Call Center Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive educational experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and excellent customer service skills
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist customers with placing orders, making payments, and navigating our online platform
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our online coding programs
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and new releases
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including productivity and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various systems and platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Passion for education and an interest in coding and technology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
