iSchool is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Advisor to join our team. As a Call Center Advisor at iSchool, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to students, parents, and teachers. Our mission is to provide top-quality online coding and technology education to students aged 6 to 18, and as a Call Center Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive educational experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assist customers with placing orders, making payments, and navigating our online platform
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our online coding programs
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and new releases
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including productivity and customer satisfaction metrics


Requirements

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various systems and platforms
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for education and an interest in coding and technology is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
