As a Call Center Agent (English Account) at iSchool, you will be part of our dedicated customer support team, assisting students, parents, and teachers with inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to address various topics and provide accurate information
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell and promote additional products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by going the extra mile
- Record all interactions and customer details accurately in the call center database
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training
- Achieve personal and team targets for call quality and productivity
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center practices
- Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to different personality types
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
