In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and educators.

Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge among employees
- Design and develop training programs, materials, and workshops that meet the identified needs
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to support employee development and career growth initiatives
- Stay current with trends and best practices in training and development to ensure iSchool remains a leader in educational innovation
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or related roles
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to assess training needs and create impactful learning experiences
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
