Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, weaknesses, and strengths in performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for the sales team
- Monitor sales funnels to pinpoint drop-off points and suggest areas of improvement
- Analyze the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels
- Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize campaign ROI and effectiveness
- Generate data-driven recommendations for improving campaign strategies and targeting
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to set measurable goals
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into sales performance and customer behavior
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, campaign analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager, with a proven track record in analyzing and optimizing campaigns
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
