About Us:

iSchool is an innovative online coding platform for K12 students, delivering live, gamified classes to nurture tech careers from an early age. We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Analyst to empower our team with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, weaknesses, and strengths in performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for the sales team
  • Monitor sales funnels to pinpoint drop-off points and suggest areas of improvement
  • Analyze the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize campaign ROI and effectiveness
  • Generate data-driven recommendations for improving campaign strategies and targeting
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to set measurable goals
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into sales performance and customer behavior
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, campaign analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager, with a proven track record in analyzing and optimizing campaigns
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
