Our mission is to empower our students with the core concepts of coding and AI that will enable them to become innovators in their respective fields.

We are currently looking to hire a DEMI Coding Instructor for our Physical Sessions. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about teaching coding in a hands-on, interactive way and has a strong commitment to fostering student engagement and learning.

As a DEMI Coding Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering physical coding sessions, creating a dynamic learning environment, and providing students with the tools they need to explore and excel in coding. You will work closely with students to enhance their understanding of coding principles through activities and projects.

  • Conduct in-person coding sessions with a focus on engaging and practical activities
  • Create lesson plans and educational materials that promote hands-on learning and critical thinking
  • Facilitate group projects and collaborative learning experiences for students
  • Assess students' progress and provide personalized feedback to facilitate improvement and growth
  • Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in teaching coding concepts to children or young adults
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities
  • Patience and adaptability in working with diverse student groups
  • Passion for technology education and a commitment to student development
