Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-learning platform
- Assist customers with onboarding, registration, and course selection
- Provide product information and support based on customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer support experience
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Previous experience in customer support
- Native-like proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills
