Responsibilities:
- Lead Moderation and Support:
- Review and moderate leads who have booked trial sessions
- Assist leads with resolving any issues before or during the free session
- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth experience for the leads
- Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure automation systems and workflows are functioning properly
- Lead Follow-Up Campaigns:
- Create and send bulk follow-up campaigns to re-engage old leads
- Data Management:
- Clean and organize lead data to maintain accuracy and quality
- Ensure no duplication or redundant entries in the system
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM tools and automation workflows
