We are seeking a
Telesales Agent to join our team at
iSchool. In this role, you will communicate with parents via
calls and chat to promote and sell our
online coding programs for K-12 students. Your main responsibility will be to guide parents through the enrollment process, answer their inquiries, and ensure a smooth registration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Outbound & Receive Inbound Calls: Engage with parents who have shown interest in our programs
- Handle Chat Inquiries: Assist parents via online chat, providing details and resolving concerns
- Follow Up on Leads: Reconnect with interested parents to encourage enrollment
- Explain Course Benefits: Clearly communicate the advantages of coding education for children
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly enrollment goals
- CRM Management: Log all conversations, follow-ups, and enrollments into the system
- Customer Service & Support: Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent service
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, customer service, or education sales
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English
- Sales & Communication Skills: Strong persuasion and active listening abilities
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM and chat tools
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Flexible Availability: Willing to work evenings and weekends to match parents' schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2C telesales or EdTech sales
- Familiarity with STEM education or coding programs is a plus
