iSchool is seeking a Senior Media Buyer with expertise in Google Ads and YouTube Ads to lead our paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to drive high-quality leads and enrollments for our online coding programs for K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute high-performing Google & YouTube Ads campaigns targeting parents and students
  • Audience Targeting & Optimization: Utilize advanced targeting techniques (keywords, demographics, interests, lookalike audiences) to reach potential customers
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and CPA
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates) and optimize campaigns to improve performance
  • A/B Testing: Test different ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Remarketing & Retargeting: Implement strategies to re-engage potential customers who have interacted with our brand
  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with designers and video editors to create compelling ad creatives
  • Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on trends in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and EdTech marketing
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement


Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in media buying for Google & YouTube Ads, preferably in the education or EdTech sector
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in running high-ROI ad campaigns
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative Mindset: Strong understanding of ad creatives and copywriting to maximize engagement
  • Knowledge of Funnel Strategies: Experience with lead generation, remarketing, and nurturing strategies
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and sales teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification is a plus
  • Experience in running campaigns for online education platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-driven ad optimization tools
