We're seeking a passionate Social Media Community & Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand on social media, fostering a thriving online community and driving meaningful engagement.
What you'll do:
- Be the Social Media Sheriff: Moderate comments and messages across all our social media platforms, ensuring a safe and positive online environment
- Become a Community Champion: Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships that turn fans into brand advocates
- Measure the Magic: Track key social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights to optimize our social strategy
- Craft Compelling Reports: Present social media performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities
- Identify Influencer All-Stars: Research and connect with social media influencers who align with our brand values for potential partnerships
- Stay on Top of Trends: Keep a pulse on the ever-evolving social media landscape, identifying new trends and opportunities for engagement
Requirements
who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in social media community management or a related field
- Proven track record of building and engaging online communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your voice to different platforms and audiences in both English and Arabic
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership opportunities
- A passion for social media and a genuine interest in our industry
