As a Moderation Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring our online platforms to ensure that all interactions adhere to community guidelines and promote a positive experience for our users. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe virtual space where students can explore and learn about coding, AI, and technology without disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor community interactions across various platforms, including forums, social media, and online classrooms
- Address and escalate any inappropriate content or behavior in a timely manner
- Promote positive engagement by encouraging constructive conversations among users
- Prepare and maintain reports on community feedback and moderation actions
- Collaborate with the content and support teams to develop strategies for fostering an inclusive community

Requirements
- Experience in moderation or community management, preferably in an educational or tech-focused environment
