Job Description

We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy within our dynamic automotive environment. If you're passionate about empowering talent, building strong business partnerships, and driving impactful HR initiatives, this opportunity is for you

Responsibilities:

Talent Management

  • Collaborate with leaders to implement talent strategies that support succession planning, employee development, and Promotion

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and support full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding ensuring the best talent joins and grows with us

Performance Management

  • Guide managers through the performance cycle, offering expert support in goal setting, feedback, reviews, and development planning

Leadership Coaching & Organizational Support

  • Advise leaders on employee relations, organizational design, and change management to enhance team performance and adaptability

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze HR metrics to uncover trends, inform decisions, and recommend solutions that improve business and employee outcomes.

Strategic HR Planning

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and long-term organizational priorities.

Organizational Development

  • Lead organizational development efforts, including structure design, competency frameworks, culture transformation, and change management initiatives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
  • An automotive industry or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
  • Strong recruitment experience across diverse roles and functions
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a solutions-focused mindset
  • A collaborative spirit with the confidence to work independently when needed
  • Demonstrated experience in Strategic HR Planning, with the ability to align HR strategies with long-term business objectives and support workforce planning
  • Strong background in (OD), including leading change initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness, and designing structure and competency models
