We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving the business development efforts to enhance iSchool's market presence. The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker with a strong grasp of the education technology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the education sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
  • Gather feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Saudi national and must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze market dynamics and identify trends.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and establish partnerships.
