In this strategic role, you will drive initiatives that promote organizational health, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  • Design, implement, and oversee talent development programs that foster skills enhancement, leadership growth, and career progression.
  • Facilitate change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze various HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in organizational performance.
  • Partner with leadership to align human resources practices with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on best practices in organizational behavior and team dynamics.
  • Stay informed about trends and innovations in organizational development and integrate them into iSchool’s practices.
  • 1+ year of experience in organizational development or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of organizational development theories, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong experience designing and executing talent development initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in change management principles and practices.
  • Professional certifications in organizational development or HR are highly desirable.
