Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Design, implement, and oversee talent development programs that foster skills enhancement, leadership growth, and career progression.
- Facilitate change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Analyze various HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in organizational performance.
- Partner with leadership to align human resources practices with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on best practices in organizational behavior and team dynamics.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in organizational development and integrate them into iSchool’s practices.
- 1+ year of experience in organizational development or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven knowledge of organizational development theories, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong experience designing and executing talent development initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and trends for strategic decision-making.
- Proficient in change management principles and practices.
- Professional certifications in organizational development or HR are highly desirable.
