Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist customers with enrollment, course selection, and payment processing.
- Resolve technical issues related to our online learning platform.
- Educate customers on our offerings and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Document customer interactions and track resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing the customer experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar.
- B2 level English required for clear written and spoken communication.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using customer service tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to assist others.
