iSchool, a leading EdTech platform in Egypt, is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Coordinator to support our project management efforts and ensure our initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the organization of projects, manage timelines, and facilitate communication between team members to ensure that all project goals are met.
In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to help track project progress, prepare documentation, and support the overall project delivery within scope and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and monitoring of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and communication among team members.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and timelines.
- Help manage project budgets and resource allocations as needed.
- Facilitate team meetings, providing agendas and documenting action items.
- Ensure adherence to project protocols and best practices.
- Provide support in identifying and mitigating risks to the project.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure project alignment and goal achievement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, education, or project management.
- at least a year of experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
