Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with course registrations, account issues, and financial transactions.
- Support users in troubleshooting technical issues related to our learning platform.
- Provide information about course offerings and educational resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our services.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
