Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional hiring for both white-collar and blue-collar positions and a passion for identifying top talent to support iSchool’s expansion in Egypt and the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent in Egypt.
  • At least one year of professional hiring experience, including working with an ATS.
  • Proven experience hiring for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and job boards.
