Job Overview

The EdTech Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of educational content, instructors’ delivery, and learning experiences across iSchool’s programs. This role acts as a bridge between the education, content, and operations teams to monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational content, sessions, and learning materials.
  • Review recorded sessions and live classes to ensure alignment with iSchool’s quality standards.
  • Ensure instructors follow approved curricula, lesson plans, and delivery guidelines.
  • Collect and analyze student feedback, assessments, and quality-related metrics.
  • Identify gaps in content delivery, learning outcomes, or engagement and report findings.
  • Coordinate with instructors, content developers, and education managers to address quality issues.
  • Support onboarding and quality training for instructors and education team members.
  • Maintain quality documentation, checklists, and reports.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality frameworks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in education, EdTech, quality assurance, or academic coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
  • Ability to evaluate educational content and instructional delivery.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, feedback tools, and learning platforms.
