Job Overview
The EdTech Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of educational content, instructors’ delivery, and learning experiences across iSchool’s programs. This role acts as a bridge between the education, content, and operations teams to monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational content, sessions, and learning materials.
- Review recorded sessions and live classes to ensure alignment with iSchool’s quality standards.
- Ensure instructors follow approved curricula, lesson plans, and delivery guidelines.
- Collect and analyze student feedback, assessments, and quality-related metrics.
- Identify gaps in content delivery, learning outcomes, or engagement and report findings.
- Coordinate with instructors, content developers, and education managers to address quality issues.
- Support onboarding and quality training for instructors and education team members.
- Maintain quality documentation, checklists, and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in education, EdTech, quality assurance, or academic coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
- Ability to evaluate educational content and instructional delivery.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
