Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate is passionate about hiring, understands the education/tech ecosystem, and can partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and motivation
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (time-to-hire, pipeline status, etc.)
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience hiring for tech, education, or startup environments is a plus
- Strong interviewing and communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
