iSchool is seeking a creative and passionate Content Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of coding education by developing engaging and effective learning materials for our online platform. A Content Developer will be responsible for designing and developing educational materials tailored to K-12 learners. They will work under the guidance of team leaders or senior team members to create lesson plans, teacher guides, student materials, projects, quizzes, and supporting resources for various iSchool programs, including the Camps and School Collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and interactive content related to coding for our online coding platform.
Create plans and outlines for programming courses at different levels, including Fundamentals of Programming, and (Mobile App Development/ Web Development/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence, or Game Development).
Develop lessons, projects, Presentations, guides Students materials, and assessments that align with our curriculum and learning objectives.
Collaborate with instructors to ensure content accuracy and alignment with best practices in coding education.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content development, preferably in technical content development.
- Intermediate understanding of programming concepts (Python, block-based coding, Game Development, Mobile App Development, Web Development, Cyber Security, or AI and Data Science).
- Familiarity with K–12 pedagogy and child psychology.
- Strong writing and formatting skills for educational content.
- Experience in teaching is a plus.
