🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Presales Support Intern to assist parents and students during their trial sessions.
This role is critical in ensuring a smooth session experience, solving technical issues, and acting as the communication bridge between parents and instructors.
🛠 Responsibilities
• Assist parents and students in joining their trial session (Zoom/Platform support)
• Solve basic technical issues (audio, camera, login issues)
• Act as a bridge between tutor and parent if any issue occurs
• Respond to parents' booking questions
• Ensure smooth session start & follow-up when needed
• Maintain high attendance & positive experience rate
🌎 Requirements
• Intermediate English (spoken & written)
• Comfortable speaking with US & Canadian customers
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure
• Basic technical knowledge (Zoom, browsers, internet troubleshooting)
• Available for midnight shift (aligned with North America time zones)

• Experience in customer support
