Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative is a national program dedicated to equipping school students with essential digital skills, including programming, problem-solving, and computational thinking. As part of our expansion, we are seeking passionate and qualified Coding Instructors to deliver in-person (physical) sessions across selected governorates.

In this role, you will work directly with students in a classroom setting, delivering interactive and hands-on sessions that enhance their technical skills and encourage creativity and critical thinking. You will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment and supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Location: Aswan, Luxor, Qenna, Asiut, Red Sea

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive in-person coding sessions for students.
  • Guide students through practical exercises, activities, and projects.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in understanding core programming concepts.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Ensure commitment to assigned schedules and session locations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective session delivery.
  • Background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of programming fundamentals (e.g., Python, Java, or C++).
  • Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned governorate.
