Customer Support Chat Internship

As a Customer Service Intern, you will support our customer experience team by providing exceptional assistance to students, parents, and educators through online chat. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Assist students, parents, and educators with questions about our programs, services, and platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to the e-learning platform.
  • Guide new users through the registration and onboarding process.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback accurately.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Support the customer support team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
