We serve 100+ schools across 11 countries, developing the four core Arabic language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing for students in grades 3 to 12. The Role

You own the full commercial cycle: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, proposal, and close. You'll build Kamkalima's presence across the GCC. Regular travel is part of the role.

What You'll Own

  • Own the full sales cycle: from sourcing and qualifying opportunities to signed contract, through outbound, inbound, referrals, and in-market visits
  • Keep CRM current with deal activity, stage progression, and pipeline notes.
  • Build relationships with school principals, academic directors, Arabic department heads, and IT coordinators.
  • Represent Kamkalima at education events, school visits, and regional sector gatherings.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to ensure smooth handoffs so that every school you close is set up to succeed.
  • Surface market insights that shape how we grow and what we build

You'll Be a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription services, selling into institutional buyers
  • Demonstrated success closing deals in GCC markets
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Hands-on CRM experience
  • Self-directed and autonomous
