We serve 100+ schools across 11 countries, developing the four core Arabic language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing for students in grades 3 to 12. The Role
You own the full commercial cycle: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, proposal, and close. You'll build Kamkalima's presence across the GCC. Regular travel is part of the role.
What You'll Own
- Own the full sales cycle: from sourcing and qualifying opportunities to signed contract, through outbound, inbound, referrals, and in-market visits
- Keep CRM current with deal activity, stage progression, and pipeline notes.
- Build relationships with school principals, academic directors, Arabic department heads, and IT coordinators.
- Represent Kamkalima at education events, school visits, and regional sector gatherings.
- Collaborate with the CX team to ensure smooth handoffs so that every school you close is set up to succeed.
- Surface market insights that shape how we grow and what we build
You'll Be a Strong Fit If You Have
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription services, selling into institutional buyers
- Demonstrated success closing deals in GCC markets
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Hands-on CRM experience
- Self-directed and autonomous
